FIRST NATIONS TRAIL
The First Nations Trail, accessible in winter and summer, allows you to walk and appreciate the history of Quebec’s 11 First Nations, represented by totem created by an artist sculptor. Along the way, you may also observe wild fallow deer. They are not shy and will wait impatiently for carrots.

Totem creataded by the Algonquin artist Denis Charrette represent each of the First Nations. A series of Inukshuks illustrate the intimate relationship these nations have with nature and the fabulous legends that form the basis of their culture.

The Thunderbird, a symbolic figure for many Nations, marks the end of this trail. By passing under its wings, you’ll benefit from its powerful protection.
