ACCOMMODATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Rules

  • If you are unable to arrive during check-in times (see seasonal schedule on your booking confirmation), a reception procedure is provided. Please note that valet service is not available outside these hours.

  • An ID will be required upon arrival to confirm your reservation.
  • The client agrees to respect the number of campers announced at the time of booking. Any person present who does not appear on the reservation will be asked to leave the site or pay additional charges.
  • Vehicles must remain in the lodging car park.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.

  • Quiet hours are in effect from 11pm.
  • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation zone nor in Omega Park.
  • BBQs are prohibited at all times (camping stove accepted)
  • Camp fires are banned during warm and dry weather.
  • Glass bottles are prohibited
  • An additional charge of $50 will be applied to your accommodation if the premises are unclean. Upon departure, you are required to leave the premises as they were on arrival. Any damage to equipment provided in the accommodation will be charged to the tenant.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. The park is not responsible for theft or damage to your personal belongings.
  • It is forbidden to enter any other accommodation other than the one you reserved.
  • There is a security guard on site at night.

Safety instructions

  • Some areas have steep slopes, ponds and streams. Keep a careful eye on your children.
  • For occupants requiring specific medication, make sure to have the necessary doses, the park cannot compensate if necessary.
  • Follow the marked trails to avoid injury.
  • The accommodation is close to the wolf and bear areas. Please stand at least two meters from the bear area. Do not put your hand through the fence or throw any object or food into the animals’ habitat.
  • Never leave food outside or even on the balcony because this may attract raccoons or other animals.

  • Our accommodations are located in the middle of the forest. During your stay, you may come across small rodents such as squirrels, raccoons, mice and insects. Be sure to keep the doors to your accommodation closed at all times to avoid this situation, which is beyond our control.

Cancellation and modification policy

If you need to cancel or change the date of your stay, you must contact us at least seven days in advance, otherwise you will have to pay 25 % of the cost before taxes. Four days or less before the start of your stay, no refunds or changes will be permitted.

Payment

At the time of booking, a credit card number is required. Payment will be charged automatically to your credit card.

The rental price for cabins, chalets and wolf lodges includes access to the park. For other accommodations, payment for lodging does not include a visit to the Park, but we do offer reduced prices for admission to Parc Omega. The discount is applicable on site and your admission is valid for two days: the day of your overnight stay (you can visit the Park as soon as it opens) and the following day (until the Park closes).

You have to show your booking confirmation upon your arrival at the admission, no reservation is necessary for the visit of the park.

Arrival and departure

When you have booked one of our accommodations, you can check in at the reception from 4 PM onwards. Some accommodations may only be available after this time, so we invite you to contact us before your arrival to find out when your accommodation will be ready.

Accommodations must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest on the day of your departure. Please present yourself at the reception to complete your Check-Out
