ACCOMMODATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Rules

  • Please advise us if you will arrive outwith the arrival times (see the arrival time on your confirmation), there is a late arrival system in place. Please note that the valet service is unavailable outwith these hours.

  • An ID will be required upon arrival to confirm your reservation.
  • The tenant agrees to respect the number of people declared at the time of booking. Any additional people not stated on the reservation confirmation must leave the site or pay the extra cost.
  • Vehicles must remain in the lodging car park.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.

  • Quiet hours are in effect from 11pm.
  • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation zone nor in Omega Park.
  • BBQs are prohibited at all times (camping stove accepted)
  • Camp fires are banned during warm and dry weather.
  • Glass bottles are prohibited
  • A 50$ fee is applicable for additional cleaning. You are required, upon departure, to leave your facility as it was upon arrival. Damage to the equipment provided in the accommodations will be charged to the occupant.
  • You are responsible for your personal items. The park is not responsible for theft of or damage to your belongings.
  • It is forbidden to enter any other accommodation other than the one you reserved.
  • There is a security guard on site at night.

Safety instructions

  • Some on-site zones include steep areas, ponds and streams. Keep a watchful eye on your children at all times.
  • For occupants requiring specific medication, make sure to have the necessary doses, the park cannot compensate if necessary.
  • Follow the marked trails to avoid injury.
  • The accommodations are near the wolf and bear enclosures. Please keep a secure distance of at least two meters from theses enclosures. Do not put your hand through the fence or throw objects or food into the animal enclosures.
  • Never leave food outside or even on the balcony because this may attract raccoons or other animals.

  • Our accommodations are located in the middle of the forest. During your stay, you may see small rodents such as squirrels, raccoons, mice, as well as insects. Make sure to keep the doors to your accommodation closed at all times to avoid this situation which is out of our control.

Cancellation and modification policy

Reservation modification (*): Depending on the rate chosen at the time of booking and subject to availability, customers may modify or cancel their initial reservation free of charge up to 7 days before their arrival date. If the customer wishes to modify his stay between 7 and 4 days before the arrival date, he will have to pay a modification fee equivalent to 25% of the price of his stay (before taxes). After this time, the reservation is final and cannot be changed (**).

Cancellation between booking date and 4 days before arrival date (*): In the event of cancellation between the booking date and 4 days before arrival date, a fee of 25% of the amount of the stay (before taxes) will be charged, and the balance of the deposit will be credited to the credit card.

Cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival (*): In the event of cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival, for whatever reason (**), 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card.

(*) To be taken into account, all modifications or cancellations must be made via our reservation platform or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. No cancellations or modifications will be taken into account by telephone.

(**) : It is the traveller’s responsibility to take out travel insurance with the company of their choice.

Parc Oméga assumes no responsibility for cancellation or modification of reservations due to the following:

  • Poor weather conditions
  • Natural disasters, forest fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Illness or death of the traveller or a family member
  • Job loss
  • Strike, war, riot, act of god, act of state, pandemic, terrorist act

Payment

A credit card number is required upon reservation. The payment will be taken automatically on your credit card.

The price of the wolf cabins, chalets and lodges include entry to the park. For the other accommodation units entry to the park is not included in the price but you will be given a discount at the admission. The discount is available on site and your entrance tickets are valid for two days: the day of your arrival (you can visit the park from its opening in the morning) and the day of your departure (until the park closes).

You have to show your booking confirmation upon your arrival at the admission, no reservation is necessary for the visit of the park.

Arrival and departure

When you have booked one of our accommodations, you can check in at the reception from 4 PM onwards. Some accommodations may only be available after this time, so we invite you to contact us before your arrival to find out when your accommodation will be ready.

Accommodations must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest on the day of your departure. Please present yourself at the reception to complete your Check-Out
