The Customer Service Receptionist reports to the Admissions Manager and plays a key role in daily operations related to customer communications and handling requests. The role involves providing courteous and efficient service, responding to routine inquiries, assisting with the management of special situations, and facilitating the flow of information between visitors and the Omega Park teams.
The position is primarily operational and focuses on the day-to-day handling of cases, supporting field teams, and ensuring high-quality interactions with clients.
Main tasks:
- Respond to customer calls and emails;
- Provide general information about the park, activities, ticketing, and lodging;
- Confirm lodging reservations with guests;
- Forward requests to the appropriate departments;
- Receive and handle simple to moderate complaints or issues of dissatisfaction by applying the solutions outlined in internal policies;
- Process adjustments in payment and ticketing systems;
- Verify the accuracy of transactions and follow-ups;
- Assist customers on-site as needed;
- Work with teams to improve the efficiency of customer service;
- Help ensure a positive and consistent customer experience;
- Any other related tasks.

Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Driving license required;
- Hotel industry training and/or experience an asset;
- Knowledge and use of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet;
- Sense of responsibility, initiative and autonomy are essential.
