Do you enjoy working with the public and want to grow in a dynamic tourism environment? Parc Oméga is looking for customer service representatives for its food service and retail outlets at Terre des Pionniers.

Under the supervision of Restaurant Managers, you will play a key role in the customer experience by providing warm, fast and friendly service. You’ll help create a welcoming environment while ensuring efficient fast-food service.

Main responsibilities:
– Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism
– Take orders attentively and efficiently
– Advise customers as needed and answer their questions
– Carry out cash register transactions (payments) meticulously
– Prepare and deliver orders according to established standards
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service and work areas
– Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and pleasant service
– Any other related tasks

Requirements:
– Experience in customer service or food service (asset)
– Fluency with a cash register system
– Bilingualism (French and English)
– Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
– Positive attitude, interpersonal skills and desire to provide quality service
