The cinnamon bear

The color of the bear’s coat ranges from black to white, with many shades of chocolate, brown, cinnamon and blond. In southern Alaska and British Columbia, it is possible to find the Kermode bear, a subspecies with an almost white coat also called “spirit bear”. All these animals belong to the American black bear species.

A very small percentage of cinnamon bears live in Quebec, most of them being black, but they are present and beautiful!
