LODGING REGULATIONS AND POLICIES<\/h1><\/span>

Regulations<\/h2><\/span>

    You will be asked to show proof of identity on arrival to validate your reservation.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    The tenant agrees to respect the number of people declared at the time of booking. Any additional people not stated on the reservation confirmation must leave the site or pay the extra cost.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Vehicles must remain in the parking area provided for accommodation.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>

    To comply with Quebec’s smoking laws, Parc Omega is committed to keeping its premises smoke-free. Any person smoking within 9 meters of a door or window, or inside an accommodation, will be liable to a fine of $150 + taxes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

  • <\/i><\/span>
    \n

    It is the responsibility of each guest not to disturb others by noise, either inside or outside the accommodation. Parc Om\u00e9ga reserves the right to ask offenders to remedy the situation, under penalty of immediate expulsion without compensation. Curfew 11 p.m. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

  • <\/i><\/span>
    Departure must be before 11am. Any delay may result in additional charges.<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>

    It is strictly forbidden to feed the wolves from your accommodation or from the lookout. Any violation will result in a fine of $150 + taxes, as well as immediate expulsion from the Park, with no possibility of reimbursement. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

      Pets are not allowed in accommodation or in Parc Omega. Failure to comply will result in a $150 fine and immediate expulsion from the park.<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      BBQs are prohibited at all times (camping stoves accepted).<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      Fires prohibited in hot, dry weather.<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      Glass bottles prohibited<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>

      Additional charges will be applied to your accommodation if the premises are unclean. On departure, you are required to leave the premises as they were on arrival. Any damage to equipment provided in the accommodation will be charged to the hirer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

      You are responsible for your personal items. The park is not responsible for theft of or damage to your belongings.<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      It is forbidden to enter without authorization any accommodation other than the one you are renting.<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      A security guard remains on site overnight<\/div><\/li>

      Rules for Chalets des Loups tenants – It is strictly forbidden to sit on the balcony railing.<\/p>\n

      Please note that if an item is dropped in the habitat, whether valuable or not, we will be unable to recover it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

      Safety instructions<\/h2><\/span>

        During their visit, children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians, who are required to provide continuous supervision. Some of the grounds include steep areas, ponds and streams. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, the actions of the children will be passed on to the accompanying adults. Parc Omega cannot be held responsible for any incident arising from non-compliance with these rules. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

      • <\/i><\/span>
        For tenants requiring specific medication, make sure you have the necessary doses, as the Park cannot compensate for such needs.<\/div><\/li>
      • <\/i><\/span>
        Please follow the marked trails to avoid falling or getting lost.<\/div><\/li>
      • <\/i><\/span>

        There are accommodations near the wolf habitat. Please keep more than two meters away from the habitat. Do not put your hand through the fence or throw any object or food into the animals’ habitat. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

      • <\/i><\/span>
        Never leave food outside, or even on the balcony, as raccoons or other animals may be on the prowl.<\/div><\/li>
      • <\/i><\/span>

        Our accommodations are located in the middle of the forest. During your stay, you may see small rodents such as squirrels, raccoons, mice, as well as insects. Make sure to keep the doors to your accommodation closed at all times to avoid this situation which is out of our control. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

        Cancellation and modification policy<\/h2><\/span>
        <\/div><\/div><\/div>

        Reservation modification (*): Depending on the rate chosen at the time of booking and subject to availability, customers may modify or cancel their initial reservation free of charge up to 7 days before their arrival date. If the customer wishes to modify his stay between 7 and 4 days before the arrival date, he will have to pay a modification fee equivalent to 25% of the price of his stay (before taxes). After this time, the reservation is final and cannot be changed (**). <\/p>\n

        Cancellation between booking date and 4 days before arrival date (*): In the event of cancellation between the booking date and 4 days before arrival date, a fee of 25% of the amount of the stay (before taxes) will be charged, and the balance of the deposit will be credited to the credit card. <\/p>\n

        Cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival (*): In the event of cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival, for whatever reason (**), 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card. <\/p>\n

        (*) To be taken into account, all modifications or cancellations must be made via our booking platform or by sending an e-mail to hebergement@parcomega.ca. No cancellations or changes will be accepted by telephone. <\/p>\n

        (**) : It is the traveller’s responsibility to take out travel insurance with the company of their choice.<\/p>\n

        Parc Om\u00e9ga assumes no responsibility for cancellation or modification of reservations due to the following:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Poor weather conditions<\/li>\n
        • Natural disasters, forest fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes<\/li>\n
        • Flight delays or cancellations<\/li>\n
        • Illness or death of the traveller or a family member<\/li>\n
        • Job loss<\/li>\n
        • Strike, war, riot, fait de dieu, fait du prince, pandemic, terrorist act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

          Payment<\/h2><\/span>

          A credit card number is required upon reservation. The payment will be taken automatically on your credit card. <\/p>\n

          The price of the wolf cabins, chalets and lodges include entry to the park. For the other accommodation units entry to the park is not included in the price but you will be given a discount at the admission. The discount is available on site and your entrance tickets are valid for two days: the day of your arrival (you can visit the park from its opening in the morning) and the day of your departure (until the park closes). <\/p>\n

          You must present your accommodation reservation at the entrance, but you are not obliged to book the park visit in advance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

          Arrival and departure times<\/h2><\/span>

          Once you’ve booked one of our accommodations, you can check in at reception from 4 pm onwards<\/b>. Some accommodations may not be available until after this time, so please contact us before your arrival to find out when your accommodation will be available.<\/p>\n

          Accommodation must be vacated by 11 a.m.<\/b> on the day of departure. Please report to reception for your
