The 12 km trail leads visitors to discover Canadian animals such as elk, bison, wolves, bears and foxes in their natural habitat. Many activities are also offered, such as animal presentations, walking trails, picnic areas, restaurants and visits to the farm animals.

Parc Oméga is currently looking for someone to join the Lodging team. Reporting to the Lodging Manager, the Night Auditor performs tasks directly related to the customer’s stay, such as reserving rooms, greeting customers on arrival and during their stay, providing information on the establishment and its services, ensuring customer safety and peace and quiet, and performing various accounting and administrative tasks.

Main tasks:

  • To provide exceptional service to our customers when booking, arriving and departing;
  • Help in the laundry room with folding, drying and washing
  • Anticipate our customers’ needs to offer personalized service;
  • Assign rooms, hand over keys and provide guests with information

  • Check the satisfaction of departing customers
  • Customer service and product sales:
  • Ensuring the safety of customers and their property
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Transmit to the various departments within the plant the needs associated with the
  • reservations and customer requests
  • Promote the Park’s services and answer customers’ questions

Working conditions

  • Full-time position
  • Working indoors
  • Travel by golf cart and car;
  • Nights – weekends and holidays – variable according to needs.
  • Skills and qualifications

Skills and qualifications

  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • Driving license required;
  • Hotel industry training and/or experience an asset;
  • Knowledge of the immediate area and points of tourist interest is

  • Knowledge and use of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet;
  • Sense of responsibility, initiative and autonomy are essential.
